  • Piotr Podolski has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to medical professionals and trade unions representing them. His work has included matters related to professional liability of physicians and healthcare entities.
  • He has provided legal advice to individual clients and collective entities, in particular professional chambers and their members, representatives of medical professions, real estate agents and property managers, railway engine drivers, miners, as well as healthcare entities and trade unions. Within this cooperation, he prepared several thousand legal opinions—reviewed by attorneys-at-law and advocates—as well as various types of legal documents, prepared both for contentious and non-contentious proceedings, administrative matters and private legal affairs.
  • Piotr participated in the development, from inception, of a legal technology tool utilising artificial intelligence. The system addresses legal problems, including automated document generation. Piotr acted as an expert assessing the system’s outcomes and performance in terms of legal compliance and functionality.
  • Piotr authored articles published in newsletters of professional chambers and trade unions. These publications concerned the rights and obligations of medical professionals, as well as railway engine drivers and miners, and were aimed at increasing legal awareness among members of these organisations.
  • As a student, he served a two-year term in the Student Parliament of the University of Gdańsk and in the Student Government Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Previously, as a student of Adam Mickiewicz 2nd High School in Gdynia, he was a member of the Student Council, serving as its Chair. He was also a member of the Gdynia Youth City Council.
