Małgorzata specialises in private international law — advising on cross-border transactions and working seamlessly in international legal environments.
She is an expert in intellectual property law, new technologies law, and cultural heritage law.
Her expertise also covers e-commerce, consumer protection, and fashion law.
She has in-depth knowledge of Spanish law and works closely with Spanish attorneys — combining both practical and academic perspectives.
She also leads the School of Spanish and Latin American Law at the University of Gdańsk, where she continues to develop this field in theory and practice.

She heads the School of Spanish and Latin American Law at the University of Gdańsk, where she combines legal practice with academic work — inspiring students to aim higher. Some of them go on to work in EU institutions, such as the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).
She collaborates with Spanish universities and legal professionals, enabling her to operate on a truly international level.
Małgorzata is also an expert in copyright law at the Villa Decius Institute of Culture in Kraków and the Artnova Foundation in Poznań.
She leads seminars on copyright and cultural heritage protection law — both in Poland and abroad, including in Spain.
