  • Drafting legal documents in family and civil law matters — in particular concerning violations of rights, responses to infringements, and reporting irregularities.
  • Legalisation of stay for foreigners in Poland — comprehensive assistance in residence permit applications, interpretation of regulations, and preparation of procedural and administrative documents.
  • Preparation of cases related to SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation)
  • Legal support for companies in the areas of commercial, civil, and labour law
  • Legal support for non-governmental organisations – foundations and associations
  • Co‑founder and Board Member of the Gdańsk‑based The Visible Foundation, which works to combat discrimination, especially regarding gender and country of origin.
  • As part of her legal practice, she provides legal services to business entities, applying provisions of the Civil Code, the Commercial Companies Code, and the Labour Code.
  • She also offers legal support to non-governmental organisations, including foundations and associations.
  • Maja collaborates with the Civic Network Watchdog Poland.
  • She is a trainee attorney-at-law at Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
  • She graduated of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk
  • She holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Gdańsk and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the same university.
  • She was a scholarship recipient of the “Humanity in Action” human rights education programme, which she completed in Berlin and Amsterdam.
  • She is also a graduate of the Flying University of Human Rights run by the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
