Bartosz specializes in legal advisory in the areas of commercial, civil, and business law.
He has extensive experience in energy and fuel sector transactions, gained both in Poland and abroad (including in Norway), which enables him to provide clients with effective legal and business analysis throughout complex projects.
Within the field of sustainable development and environmental protection law, he focuses on issues related to air and noise pollution, particularly in urban areas.
He also represents clients in cases concerning the right to access environmental information.
Bartosz brings together expertise across civil, administrative, and EU legal frameworks — allowing him to deliver integrated, cross-disciplinary legal strategies.

An attorney-at-law with many years of experience in commercial and civil law, both on the domestic and international markets.
He conducts legal analyses and prepares expert opinions on the legal aspects of fulfilling obligations — especially contractual ones, including those arising from public procurement.
He serves as the Dean of the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, a Member of the National Council of Attorneys-at-Law, and a Member of its Presidium.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk.
He completed postgraduate studies at La Sapienza University in Rome.
He began his academic career as an assistant in the Department of Roman Law at the Jagiellonian University. Since 2012, he has been a faculty member in the Department of Roman Law at the University of Gdańsk, where he teaches Roman law and civil law.
He is also a lecturer in the postgraduate program Contract Law in Professional and Consumer Transactions at the Faculty of Law, Jagiellonian University,
and a certified academic tutor.
