Anna Kluczek-Kollár has been practicing law for so long — and with such depth — that the knowledge and experience she brings could easily match that of several lawyers combined. As an attorney-at-law, she has advised companies, led restructuring processes, and drafted thousands of pages of legal documents — from contracts and policies to filings, forms, and legal letters.
This path led her to focus on three core areas where she now works as a true expert: the maritime industry, legal services for healthcare entities, and industrial investments. Each of these fields demands critical thinking, sound decision-making, legal risk assessment, and strategic planning. Thanks to her business background, Anna has found her niche in navigating complex legal and investment processes.
She is a highly effective organiser and a skilled mediator. She successfully balances her legal work and professional projects with her roles in the legal community. She currently serves as Vice-Dean of the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law and President of the Mediation Centre at the same institution. Despite her busy schedule, Anna maintains work–life balance as a wife, mother, and dedicated endurance cyclist. She rides ultra-distance routes and draws inspiration from social and sociological aspects of AI and NewTech. She’s an avid reader of Scientific American, Nature, and Nature Electronics, with a deep love for Stanisław Lem and Isaac Asimov. For downtime, she turns to Pratchett, Baxter, and Sapkowski.
