Aleksandra provides legal support to entrepreneurs in the day-to-day operation of their businesses. She drafts and reviews contracts, prepares internal corporate documents, and assists with interactions with public authorities. Her work spans civil, commercial, and business law, as well as financial matters.
She also handles cases involving intellectual property infringement, including criminal matters related to IP violations.
She advises clients on compliance, supporting companies in developing and managing internal compliance systems. She reviews and helps implement internal regulations to ensure they align with both Polish and EU law, particularly in areas such as security and cybersecurity.
Thanks to her fluency in Chinese and background in Sinology, Aleksandra helps clients overcome market entry barriers in both China and Poland. She offers unique expertise in advising companies operating across different legal systems and cultural landscapes.

She has experience in corporate and legal services for companies, including state-owned enterprises.
In her previous career, she practiced in law firms and as an in-house lawyer. She has participated in international projects and public aid and public procurement cases.
Among other things, she has worked on market and regulatory analysis, supporting entrepreneurs planning expansion or cross-border cooperation
She gained experience as a sinologist specializing in economic relations between Poland and China
Currently, he is developing legal competence in compliance and tax law with a view to comprehensively supporting clients' business activities

Since 2022, she has been a trainee attorney-at-law at the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk,
as well as a degree in Sinology from the Faculty of Philology at the same university. She is fluent in Chinese.
Starting in 2025, she is continuing her professional development through postgraduate studies in Internal Audit and Organizational Control at WSB Merito University in Gdańsk.
