Fluent in Chinese and experienced in Polish-Chinese relations, she supports clients working across cultures and markets. Outside of work, she’s an avid animal lover and a geopolitics enthusiast. She finds balance between her legal career and personal life by caring for foster animals in her home.

Maja’s motivation to become a lawyer stemmed from her belief that legal knowledge enables effective protection of individual rights and support for groups at risk of social exclusion.
This conviction led her to complete degrees in Law and Criminology.
Thanks to her understanding of legal sciences and the functioning of non-governmental organisations (NGOs), she is able to work effectively in the field of human rights protection and to support civic initiatives.
She is particularly involved with Watchdog Polska – the Citizens Network, with which she collaborates, and with the Widzialne Foundation, which monitors the activities of public authorities for potential violations of civil rights and liberties.

Although Piotr Podolski is still completing his legal traineeship, he already has extensive professional experience in legal advisory services and mediation. He has prepared thousands of legal opinions and provided legal assistance to professional chambers and their members, including representatives of medical professions, real estate agents and property managers, railway engine drivers, miners, as well as healthcare entities and trade unions. Piotr specialises in drafting and analysing contracts, in particular agreements concluded by physicians, nurses, paramedics and other medical professionals. He has authored thousands of pages of legal documentation for employers and entrepreneurs, covering labour law, medical law, commercial law and new technologies law.

Piotr Podolski is a permanent mediator at the Regional Court in Gdańsk, where he conducts family mediations. He demonstrates strong skills in document analysis and negotiations. Privately, he is a drummer and has a keen interest in music production. He has developed his broad range of competencies through multitasking and determination. Piotr approaches his professional work with diligence and integrity; in his personal life, he values honesty, responsibility, equality and justice.
