Her area of expertise is private international law, which has become essential in today’s globalized world for advising clients operating across multiple markets.

She navigates topics like intellectual property, data security, and the legal challenges of e-commerce with ease. She helps clients develop strategies to protect their rights and interests in the digital space.
Her legal interests also include fashion law and cultural heritage law.
Professionally, she moves between Warsaw and Madrid, and she is fluent in Spanish — which allows her to guide clients through Spanish legal matters with confidence.
She provides legal support in cross-border matters between Poland and Spanish-speaking countries, including Latin America — a region experiencing dynamic business growth.

Kasia knows very well that today, in order to effectively communicate the law firm's activities, the competencies of its partners, the experience of its team, and the substance of the cases it handles, it is necessary to be internet-savvy, to communicate in a simple and to-the-point manner, and to present reliable knowledge in an accessible way. Therefore, combining all her competencies as a lawyer, copywriter, and internet implementation specialist, she ensures that the mission and vision of LO:ME Law Firm effectively builds a space for dialogue between experts and their clients.

In her work, Kasia focuses on open communication, substantive messaging, and customer care for those who visit the LO:ME Law Firm website or encounter it through other channels—online, in the media, or at live events. Understanding the needs of legal advisors, she builds bridges for their communication with clients on the internet. She knows that for substantive content to defend itself, it must be given a chance to see the light of day.

As a trainee attorney-at-law, Weronika supports entrepreneurs and non-governmental organisations on a daily basis.
Her areas of practice include commercial and civil law, with a particular focus on construction investments and public procurement.
She reviews and drafts contracts, and provides legal support to both contractors and contracting authorities during construction projects.
She also secures EU funding, manages grant agreements, and advises contractors.

Weronika combines legal expertise with strong social engagement.
She is equally comfortable working at her desk as she is speaking publicly.
For many years, she has been involved in human rights advocacy.
She is an active member of the Widzialne Foundation in Gdańsk, which fights against discrimination, addresses taboo subjects such as sexuality, health, climate policy, and supports people in difficult life situations.
Weronika is also an active member of the Human Rights and Public Law Committee at the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

The professional path of an attorney-at-law attracted Paweł Pelczar due to its strong work ethic and the sense of responsibility for matters entrusted by clients. Loyalty, sincerity and integrity are the principles that guide Paweł in both his professional and private life, and which strongly resonate with the legal profession. His precision and analytical approach led him—alongside his law studies and attorney-at-law traineeship—to complete degrees in economics, postgraduate legal and management studies, and international relations, as well as numerous courses and training programmes related to the financial market.

Paweł Pelczar has worked as an economist in the banking sector and holds qualifications entitling him to serve on supervisory boards of capital companies, including companies with State Treasury shareholding. He maintains a close connection with the business environment. He provides legal assistance to entrepreneurs and also represents individual clients. He advises and represents clients in litigation, both civil and criminal. His perseverance, analytical mindset and meticulousness have been recognised through awards for outstanding academic performance in law, economics and international relations. In his professional work, Paweł values the opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application, enabling him to find effective solutions, as well as engagement, integrity and a humanistic approach to people.

Aleksandra is nearing the completion of her legal training and is already gaining hands-on experience advising business clients — particularly in the areas of commercial, civil, and corporate law, as well as compliance.
She’s building a clear professional path focused on supporting small, medium, and large enterprises under the guidance of the legal team at LO:ME.

Fluent in Chinese and experienced in Polish-Chinese relations, she supports clients working across cultures and markets. Outside of work, she’s an avid animal lover and a geopolitics enthusiast. She finds balance between her legal career and personal life by caring for foster animals in her home.

Maja’s motivation to become a lawyer stemmed from her belief that legal knowledge enables effective protection of individual rights and support for groups at risk of social exclusion.
This conviction led her to complete degrees in Law and Criminology.
Thanks to her understanding of legal sciences and the functioning of non-governmental organisations (NGOs), she is able to work effectively in the field of human rights protection and to support civic initiatives.
She is particularly involved with Watchdog Polska – the Citizens Network, with which she collaborates, and with the Widzialne Foundation, which monitors the activities of public authorities for potential violations of civil rights and liberties.

At LO:ME Law Firm, Maja provides legal assistance to entrepreneurs and individuals in administrative proceedings.
On their behalf, she files complaints, appeals, and notifications of irregularities in the activities of administrative bodies.
She also assists both individuals and businesses in obtaining access to public information.
Additionally, she prepares legal documents in family and civil law matters, and offers comprehensive assistance in residence permit applications and other issues related to the legalisation of stay for foreigners in Poland.

Although Piotr Podolski is still completing his legal traineeship, he already has extensive professional experience in legal advisory services and mediation. He has prepared thousands of legal opinions and provided legal assistance to professional chambers and their members, including representatives of medical professions, real estate agents and property managers, railway engine drivers, miners, as well as healthcare entities and trade unions. Piotr specialises in drafting and analysing contracts, in particular agreements concluded by physicians, nurses, paramedics and other medical professionals. He has authored thousands of pages of legal documentation for employers and entrepreneurs, covering labour law, medical law, commercial law and new technologies law.

Piotr Podolski is a permanent mediator at the Regional Court in Gdańsk, where he conducts family mediations. He demonstrates strong skills in document analysis and negotiations. Privately, he is a drummer and has a keen interest in music production. He has developed his broad range of competencies through multitasking and determination. Piotr approaches his professional work with diligence and integrity; in his personal life, he values honesty, responsibility, equality and justice. He is inspired by individuals engaged in charitable activities, supporting the most vulnerable and offering assistance regardless of financial gain.

Wiktor aspires to become a legal adviser to help others solve their problems — not only legal ones.
He boldly explores new and unconventional solutions, drawing on his background as a filmmaker and his education in directing, which he completed in New York, USA.
His artistic perspective has shaped his ability to observe, listen critically, and communicate effectively — skills he now applies in his legal work and in building strong client relationships.

Professionally, Wiktor is particularly interested in copyright law, film production law, administrative permits for film production, and film distribution channels.
His understanding of public finance, financial law, and budgetary law further supports his legal work in these areas.
His specialisation also extends to capital market law, tax law, banking law, insurance law, and securities law.
