Małgorzata Węgrzak, PhD

She navigates topics like intellectual property, data security, and the legal challenges of e-commerce with ease. She helps clients develop strategies to protect their rights and interests in the digital space.
Her legal interests also include fashion law and cultural heritage law.
Professionally, she moves between Warsaw and Madrid, and she is fluent in Spanish — which allows her to guide clients through Spanish legal matters with confidence.
She provides legal support in cross-border matters between Poland and Spanish-speaking countries, including Latin America — a region experiencing dynamic business growth.

Weronika Gołąbek

Weronika decided to pursue attorney-at-law training because this path gives her the opportunity to act effectively for equality and social justice. Her knowledge and legal experience allow her to help people in need and to have a real impact on reality. For many years, she has been socially active in the field of human rights. She is an active member of the Widzialne Foundation in Gdańsk, which fights against unequal treatment, addresses taboo subjects such as sexuality, health, politics, climate, and supports people in difficult life situations.

In her daily work, Weronika supports, among others, entrepreneurs and non-governmental organizations. She works in the field of civil law, commercial law, and public procurement. She drafts and reviews contracts, obtains EU funding, and assists in the implementation of grant agreements. Since she feels comfortable with public speaking, she passionately engages in social and educational initiatives.

Aleksandra Rutkowska

Aleksandra is nearing the completion of her legal training and is already gaining hands-on experience advising business clients — particularly in the areas of commercial, civil, and corporate law, as well as compliance.
She’s building a clear professional path focused on supporting small, medium, and large enterprises under the guidance of the legal team at LO:ME.

Fluent in Chinese and experienced in Polish-Chinese relations, she supports clients working across cultures and markets. Outside of work, she’s an avid animal lover and a geopolitics enthusiast. She finds balance between her legal career and personal life by caring for foster animals in her home.
  • Aleksandra provides legal support to entrepreneurs in the day-to-day operation of their businesses. She drafts and reviews contracts, prepares internal corporate documents, and assists with interactions with public authorities. Her work spans civil, commercial, and business law, as well as financial matters.
  • She also handles cases involving intellectual property infringement, including criminal matters related to IP violations.
  • She advises clients on compliance, supporting companies in developing and managing internal compliance systems. She reviews and helps implement internal regulations to ensure they align with both Polish and EU law, particularly in areas such as security and cybersecurity.
  • Thanks to her fluency in Chinese and background in Sinology, Aleksandra helps clients overcome market entry barriers in both China and Poland. She offers unique expertise in advising companies operating across different legal systems and cultural landscapes.

Maja Pietrusiewicz

Maja became a lawyer because legal knowledge empowers her to more effectively defend the rights of marginalised individuals and groups. Combining legal expertise with social commitment gives her a unique force for impact. Maja strives to be a voice for those who don't have one. She is actively involved in civic initiatives, including promoting public awareness around access to public information. She collaborates with the Civic Network Watchdog Poland.

Maja is a board member and co-founder of the Tricity-based “Widzialne” Foundation, where she works to combat discrimination, especially based on gender and country of origin.
She specialises in preparing cases related to SLAPPs (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation).
She is also a member of the Human Rights and Public Law Committee at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk.

Wiktor Dobkowski

Wiktor aspires to become a legal adviser to help others solve their problems — not only legal ones.
He boldly explores new and unconventional solutions, drawing on his background as a filmmaker and his education in directing, which he completed in New York, USA.
His artistic perspective has shaped his ability to observe, listen critically, and communicate effectively — skills he now applies in his legal work and in building strong client relationships.

Professionally, Wiktor is particularly interested in copyright law, film production law, administrative permits for film production, and film distribution channels.
His understanding of public finance, financial law, and budgetary law further supports his legal work in these areas.
His specialisation also extends to capital market law, tax law, banking law, insurance law, and securities law.

    He also planned film promotion strategies through selected communication channels, worked on pitching techniques, and developed synopses for his own projects.
    His experience includes organising production offices, obtaining administrative permits during film production, and analysing film distribution channels and their profitability, along with broader insights into film distribution markets.
  • He is currently completing his attorney-at-law training at the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
  • He studied Directing at St. John’s University / New York Film Academy as part of the BFA Filmmaking Program (2012–2013).
