We show up where it matters

We organize events and conferences, we take the stage, we speak up, we present, and we stay engaged in the conversations that count. We don’t just practice law — we help shape it.

We are present where meaningful conversations happen—both for our clients and for ourselves. We organize or co-organize events and conferences that align with our areas of expertise and interests. We contribute to dialogues that fall within our competencies. We participate in events that help us build relationships and promote legal awareness.

LO:ME Legal at the Polish Ports Congress

Anna Kluczek-Kollár, attorney-at-law and partner at LO:ME Law Firm, took part in the prestigious “Polish Ports 2030” Congress — an event bringing together leading maritime sector experts, port representatives, logistics specialists, and state institutions.

  • infrastructure investments,
  • rail and road connections,
  • the energy transition,
  • and access to new markets.

Our representative actively contributed to discussions on the legal aspects of trade security, maritime transport regulations, and the digitalisation of port processes.
We are proud to have taken part in an event that focused on strategic priorities for the future of Poland’s maritime economy.

Kongres Porty Polskie

Women in Tech Summit

In June 2025, our representatives took part in the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2025 — one of the most important technology events in Europe focused on the role of women in the STEM sector.

The two-day programme covered, among other topics, the latest trends in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, the role of women in technology, and inspiring career paths.

Our leaders participated in panel discussions and thematic sessions, sharing their legal expertise on technology regulations, AI ethics, and intellectual property protection.
Their presence highlighted LO:ME’s commitment to supporting women in technology and to building legal competencies tailored to the challenges of the digital era.

The STEM sector is an acronym derived from the English words:

Science – the natural and exact sciences

Technology – technology

Engineering – engineering

Mathematics – mathematics

In practice, when people refer to the STEM sector, they mean all professions and specialisations related to these fields — for example, engineers, programmers, researchers, and experts in artificial intelligence, robotics, or new technologies.

Maritime Law Conference

LO:ME – Law for Innovations was a partner of the 13th National Maritime Law Conference titled “Law in Offshore Wind Energy,” organised by the University of Gdańsk, ELSA Gdańsk, and the University’s Center for Maritime Economy Research.
We work daily with clients from the maritime sector, and we’re proud to support initiatives that help shape the law of the future — responsible, modern, and aligned with international standards.
Our experience includes environmental regulations, public procurement, AI implementation, cybersecurity, and legal advisory for infrastructure and port development projects.

Polish-Chinese relations

At the invitation of Mr. Fan Xiaodong, Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Gdańsk, we had the pleasure of attending a reception celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the establishment of diplomatic relations with Poland.
This was a moment of great historical significance — and an excellent opportunity to discuss the future of mutual cooperation.
For years, we’ve supported Chinese companies operating in Poland, as well as Polish businesses partnering with companies from China.
We’re proud to continue contributing to the growth of Polish-Chinese economic relations by offering our clients top-tier legal support.

Business. Algorithm. Law.

We proudly took part in and contributed to organizing the international conference “Business. Algorithm. Law.”, held in our hometown of Gdynia in 2023.
The event was organized by the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in partnership with the European Association of Lawyers.
The conference explored cutting-edge topics: modern technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and the metaverse — and how these innovations are shaping the future of business and law.
We show up where legal challenges meet the real interests of our clients.

Every meeting, conference, or lecture is not just a chance to gain knowledge — it’s a space for exchanging ideas, finding inspiration, and building relationships that shape how we think and how we work.

Women Leaders in Law Anna Kluczek-Kollar

Women Leaders in Law – conference

We show up where women’s voices matter.
Our partner, attorney-at-law Anna Kluczek-Kollár, represented the female members of the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law at the Women Leaders in Law 2025 conference in Barcelona, where she also serves as Vice-Dean of the Association.
Anna moderated a panel focused on the Women on Boards Directive.

This directive, which addresses gender balance in corporate boardrooms, is soon to be implemented into Polish law.
The conference also explored topics such as women’s leadership in law, business, and public service; global gender equality strategies; workplace stereotypes; and violence against women. It was a powerful platform for strengthening women’s voices — and their roles in society and professional life.
We encourage you to join future editions.

We support feminine job titles

When we introduce ourselves, we say: attorney-at-law (female), partner (female), dean (female).
Feminine forms of professional titles aren’t a modern invention — they’re linguistically correct and grounded in the logic of the Polish language.
That’s why we raise awareness about the role and visibility of women in law and business.
One such opportunity was an open lecture at the College D’OLPi SLP in Gdańsk.

Language shapes how we think — especially for children, education, and representation.
So instead of asking “is it appropriate?”, maybe it’s time we simply say: mecenaska, prawniczka, radczyni prawna.
Words matter.
