Anna Kluczek-Kollár has been practising law for so long that her knowledge and experience could easily be shared among several lawyers.
As an attorney-at-law, she has advised companies, led restructuring processes, and produced thousands of pages of legal documents — contracts, regulations, applications, forms and pleadings.
Today, her practice focuses primarily on industrial investments, including international and cross-border projects.
For many years she has advised international businesses planning to enter the Polish market, supporting them in the implementation of complex investment projects — from initial planning and administrative arrangements, through negotiations, to legal support during the construction process. She has a particular interest in the digital transformation of construction, including the use of BIM (Building Information Modelling) technologies, which are reshaping the way projects are designed and delivered.
A second key area of her expertise is legal services for
maritime sector
enterprises, including port, logistics and offshore investments.
The construction and maritime industries often overlap — and it is precisely at these intersections that Anna combines her knowledge of complex investment processes with her experience of working with new technologies.
Each of these fields requires critical thinking, decisiveness, legal risk assessment, and strategic planning.
Thanks to her combined legal and business education, Anna thrives in the environment of large, multi-stage investment projects.
Anna is also an excellent organiser and skilled mediator. She manages to combine complex legal and professional projects with her active roles in the legal community.
She serves as Vice-Dean of the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law and is President of the Mediation Centre at the same Bar.
At the same time, she maintains a healthy work–life balance: she is a wife, mother, and a passionate long-distance cyclist.
She practises ultra-cycling, regularly covering long distances by bike.
She is fascinated by the social and sociological aspects of AI and NewTech development, and is an avid reader of Scientific American, Nature, and Nature Electronics.
She loves Stanisław Lem and Isaac Asimov, and to relax she reaches for Terry Pratchett, Stephen Baxter, and Andrzej Sapkowski.
Anna Kluczek-Kollár is actively involved in professional, business, and expert communities.
She has 20 years of experience providing legal services to both Polish and international companies.
She holds a number of positions in professional organisations, public institutions, and business chambers, including:
